15 Common Fears

15 Common Fears

In the past few weeks, I find myself easily distracted. I know what I need to do but instead of doing the steps to accomplish my goals for the day. I find myself doing small tasks. I find myself doing hobbies instead of tasks. I find myself watching videos, movies. I choose diversions, distractions which obviously is me self-sabotaging. And then there come the rationalizations after, the excuses. Why is that? Why am I doing what I am doing?

I needed to look into myself and understand what I am doing. I have to deal with why. They say people do certain things because they are afraid of something else.

So let’s deep dive and explore fear.

Here is a list of some of the common fears.

FearIdentify Your Fear

The first step is to identify our fears so we can take steps to overcome them. Identification of the fear is already a significant step because once we admit it, acceptance happens.

We need to go deep and think, are these fears worth holding to?

The meaning we give to anything will determine our feelings and behaviors. So recognition of our fears is the first action. Then comes changing our thinking and my perception.

We need to confront, be consistent, and persistent in taking action to overcome our fear, and before we know, we’ve overcome our fear.

Holding onto our fear, we will end up sabotaging our efforts to accomplish our goals and dreams. It prevents us from expressing our passion, our brilliance.

We need to put ourselves out there, and just keep doing our best.

We’ve got one life to live, live it now.

Tackle our fears, one fear at a time.

    piece of writing
to obtain information about my presentation subject matter,
which i am going to present in college.

  2. I’m amazed, I must say. Seldom do I encounter a blog that’s
    both equally educative and engaging,
and let me tell you, you’ve hit the nail on the head.

The issue is something that too few folks are speaking intelligently about.

I’m very happy I found this during my hunt for something regarding this.
