The Power of Your Subconscious Mind

Why do some people have an amazing life filled with success while others seem to be stuck forever in a rut? Do they work harder than everyone else? Are they more deserving than the majority of us who struggle every day?

No, it’s not that at all. It all boils down to knowledge. The more we know about how our minds work – and how we can use them to create success- the better chance we have of living a fulfilling life.

You may have heard that we humans only use a tiny portion of our minds. If that’s true, imagine how much more successful you could be if you learned to use 100% of your mind!

How does our mind work so that we can change it? How can we use our minds to create success in any way we want it. How can we focus and have a stronger mind to succeed in what we want in life?

When we say “mind,” what we mean is the part of our brain responsible for our thoughts and feelings. It’s called the subconscious mind.

Our subconscious mind stores all the experiences we’ve ever had, from birth to death. All successful and unsuccessful thoughts or decisions and emotions such as anxiety or fear are recorded in this place.

The subconscious mind is the real ruler in our lives. It is the true “you.” It can either be your best friend or your worst enemy. Take note that you can only change what you give attention to. Whenever you give attention to something, you’ll begin a self-perpetuating process of attracting more of it into your life.

If you like the things already there in your life, keep on telling yourself that you’re well off and successful and believe it. That is the most important thing.

But if you want things to change, then begin to look at what you’re attracting into your life and then decide whether or not that’s what you want. At the same time, begin to change your thoughts about money, love, or whatever it is that you want.

You can do this by taking control of your subconscious mind through specific self-hypnosis techniques or positive affirmations.

Many people talk about their “secret” or “magic” about making money or finding love. Still, at a subconscious level, all of them are just repeating specific positive affirmations repeatedly.

You can create your affirmations to help you change your negative feelings or beliefs and replace them with positive ones. We can use affirmations repeatedly, and they have a way of marking themselves into your subconscious mind so that they are always around to remind you of your new goals.

But before you start using affirmations, you should get a good understanding of how your mind works to be an effective communicator.

What is the subconscious mind?

To understand how the subconscious mind works, you must first visualize your mind in a way that helps you see inside it. Think of your mind as a computer program. Your subconscious mind is the “hard drive” where all of your thoughts and feelings are stored.

Your mind would be like a computer with no operating system and very little memory without the subconscious mind. It’s not much good for anything.

But just because your hard drive has everything it needs, that doesn’t mean you can’t make changes to the operating system and install new software. Some people have done precisely that and learned how to reprogram their minds.

The subconscious mind is like a computer program, and it does not make mistakes. It can only do what you have programmed it to do. If you self-program as many bad thoughts as good ones into your subconscious mind, then bad things will happen. On the other hand, if you fill it up with good thoughts and feelings, good things will happen.

So how do you get good thoughts and feelings in your conscious mind? It would be best if you programmed them. It’s like a radio station: programming it only to play the music you want to hear is how to turn it into your radio station.

If you have ever been unhappy or frustrated, that’s because parts of your subconscious mind heard information you didn’t like about what was going on with your life and then tried to change it.

You can counteract the problems your subconscious mind has invented by telling it what you want to happen and asking your mind to do it. You don’t tell your subconscious mind what to do; that’s just what it does.

You ask your subconscious mind to change how you feel about someone or something, and then the result is what you will get. If you’re not happy with how things are going in your life, find out why by asking yourself what you’ve been getting in exchange for all those feelings of unhappiness. The answer is probably programmed somewhere in your subconscious mind.

Ask yourself why you’re unhappy, and find out when and how your unhappiness started. Most of the answers to these questions will be in your subconscious mind, where they will be a part of the programming and cannot be changed.

But you can erase some of the answers if you only ask yourself the right questions. The secret is to get your subconscious mind to think it is doing something it is not and then do what you want.

There are several ways to ask your subconscious mind to do something.

1. One of the most common is to visualize yourself performing the action you want to do.
2.Another way is to imagine a thought or feeling you want and then replace it with a feeling or thought you want instead.
3. You can also have your subconscious mind perform an action with little or nothing to do with what you’re trying to achieve. For example, you might want to feel better and might have a problem causing you to feel bad. Instead of visualizing how you want to feel, ask your subconscious mind to imagine the happiest time when things were going well in your life. Then ask it to bring that time into your present life now.

The subconscious mind will often do just what you want if you tell it how. It doesn’t know any other way. You get results usually faster than if you think and talk about them, too.

The power of your subconscious mind is quite impressive. You can program it to do almost anything you want it to do. Understand how much influence the subconscious mind has.

A Good Example of Subconscious Thoughts

Take note of all the times in the day when something you don’t like happens or when someone says or does something that upsets you.

Now, in your mind’s eye, imagine that you are sitting and thinking about how you don’t like something or about how someone has upset you. You realize what it is that bothers you and what it is that concerns you. Then visualize yourself taking control of the situation and ignoring it or getting even – the way you want to feel.

When things go wrong for you or someone says or does something to upset you, take note of your thoughts at the time. You will find that you are blaming someone most times, and sometimes you may see what caused the problem. But try to be objective and see what was going on at the time.

There are many other ways that you can talk to your subconscious mind. You may want to try speaking in a very low voice when you ask questions so your conscious mind can’t hear it – because then the answer will come from your subconscious mind itself, and you won’t know if it’s coming from your conscious or subconscious mind.

You can also ask, reveal, and contemplate to your subconscious mind. This means you will be thinking at the same time that you are asking your subconscious mind to reveal what is bothering you or what it wants you to know.

You may not have realized yet that this is how we communicate with our subconscious minds. We don’t think so much as we speak- we vocalize our thoughts and let them out into the world. It’s not a conscious thought, although it looks like one at first.

Most people are so busy that they don’t even realize that they can speak to their subconscious minds. If they did, many of them would be doing it already.

When you’re clear about what you want and make a decision, ask your subconscious mind if that’s what you need to do. Then whatever the answer is, make sure it is in alignment with your goals or desires.

The subconscious mind is the true ruler of your life. Your subconscious mind will do what you tell it to do. Your conscious mind can tell it what to do or think about. Your subconscious mind doesn’t have a choice and will always obey you if you know how to communicate with it in a way that’s not too far out there or too complicated.

In life, you’ll find yourself in a better position to deal with your problems and take control of your life if you can access the power of your subconscious mind. You will be able to look at any situation and take control of it.

What this means is that instead of being victimized by anyone. You can now take responsibility for everything that happens in your life – where it’s headed and what it takes to get there.
